IN THE HEART OF THE COMMUNITY

We are committed to supporting our local community, and it is important to us to provide them with a grassroots football club that everyone can be proud of, that is known for its integrity, resilience and achievement, with a safe and supportive environment for all.

Our players are encouraged to try their best to make the most of their abilities, whilst learning and developing at a pace that suits them. We strive to create and maintain a friendly and enjoyable experience, in a community that promotes good behaviour and respect for others.

We provide a high standard of training at all age groups – our Head Coach is a professional football coach and his knowledge and experience is something our current players and parents value highly. Our team managers and coaches are DBS checked and the club supports them to obtain certificates in emergency aid, safeguarding children and football coaching.

2023 RPV Youth Awards Ceremony

Let's take a moment to reflect on the remarkable achievements of the 22/23 season that we celebrated with a fantastic Awards Presentation Ceremony at our home ground.

Our U16s Yellows, under the excellent leadership of Dan Bryant, emerged as league champions through sheer hard work and dedication - well done! We also celebrate the success of our U18s Yellows, who clinched the league title in their final youth season. Kevin Healey and I have managed this team for many seasons and commend the players and parents for their unwavering commitment. Congratulations also to the U12s Yellows, managed by Dan Finnegan and Richard Woods, on their well-deserved promotion.

From the U8s to the U18s, it was an enjoyable season for all, especially as we settled into our new home at Tenison's, with exceptional support from our new landlords.

A special acknowledgment goes to Peter, Tony and Barry, whose invaluable assistance during the past season and previous campaigns has been greatly appreciated. We extend our gratitude to everyone who will be supporting us in the upcoming season as well. With the addition of four new teams, we can't wait for more exciting football and unforgettable moments at Raynes Park Vale Youth.

Lastly, we extend a special thanks to Cathy O'Connell for talking to us at the Awards Presentation about the importance of www.c-r-y.org.uk in preventing devastating young cardiac arrests.
